Who can join?
Any uStack member, student or alum. You don't need prior experience; that's what this is for.
How much time does it take?
As much as you want. Quick missions take an hour or two, and you choose what to take on each month.
Do I have to be in a big city?
No. Most missions can be done online. In-person meetups are for those who want to host locally.
Is it paid?
Champion is a volunteer programme. Champions and City Leads receive event budgets, so you’ll never pay out of pocket to host.
How do I become a City Lead?
Reach 500 points, then apply. We look for consistency, reliability, and a passion for helping others grow.
Can I put this on my CV?
Yes, and you should. Champions receive a certificate and a LinkedIn recommendation to back it up.
